Today we are supposed to talk about a problem we have in life and how we can solve it. My problem is anger, I have a lot of trouble controlling it and being happier. Every time I look at my youngest sister it reminds me of all of the bad times that we had, and then not only do I get mad but we start arguing.
I have tired many things to calm myself down and some have worked for a while, but what I find the easiest way to calm down is to start playing a song in my head or start thinking of lines from a movie in my head and almost every time I do that stuff it helps me think about something else and then a get happy. Another way I will do is take a deep breath and just relax, not only does that help me be happier but I use it when I get mad in golf.
